How Pricing Works

Every package = travel & labor (varies by region/distance) + ice cream (varies by package tier). Pick your region first, then choose the package that fits your event below.

🗺️ What determines my region?

Your event's town determines the region, which sets the travel & labor base rate. Region 1 (Southern Fairfield County) is closest to our home base and starts at $249. Regions 2–4 cover the rest of CT, each reflecting the distance traveled.

🍦 What's the difference between packages?

Novelty — 20+ pre-packaged classics: bars, pops, sandwiches & fruit bars.
Scooped — Everything in Novelty, plus hand-scooped vanilla & chocolate cups with rainbow sprinkles.
Soft Serve — Everything in Scooped, plus fresh soft serve cones, whipped cream & chocolate sauce.
Premium — Our full menu: all of the above plus waffle cones, milkshakes, root beer floats, frozen lemonade & specialty scooped flavors.

Instructions
  1. Choose your Region and Menu Package
  2. Provide your Customer name and Primary Contact info
  3. Enter your Event Location
  4. Choose your Event Date and check available Start Times
  5. Select your estimated Guest Count and remaining event details
  6. Click Confirm Booking or Request Quote
  7. Optionally leave a deposit via PayPal — or pay the day of your event
